Initial Tour Dates Announced

In the last news letter just two days ago I told you that as soon as tour dates were announced I would tell you about them.  Well wait no longer the first dates have been announced and will start this month.  To start only four dates have been announced and all are in California.  The dates are

1/28/07 - House Of Blues, Anaheim, CA - Chris Daughtry tickets Available Now for 1-28
1/29/07 - Belly Up Tavern, Solana Beach, CA
2/1/07 - El Rey Theatre, Los Angeles, CA
2/4/07 - Slim's, San Francisco, CA

As I type this only the tickets for the 1-28 show seem to be on sale but you can keep an eye on ticket release dates here.

I Need Pictures Can You Help Me? 

OK I know two newsletters in one week, unusual right?  Well I just had a brain storm that will do two things.  First it will help Chris, I can't say exactly how you just have to trust me.  Second it will help our troops know we care again I can't say how yet.

Here is what I need, I need pictures of Sailors, Soldiers, Marines and Airmen coming home from over seas.  It can be from Iraq and Afghanistan recently or from the first Gulf War or any war, Vietnam, Korea, WW2.  It does not matter even just from Panama or Germany.  Being a servicemen or servicewoman is tough and being outside your nation is even harder.  I speak from personal experience.

So here is what I need sent to me

1.  Your Name as the contributor or you can be anonymous if you like.
2.  The name of the person in the pic or if it is a group pic the unit or what ever you know about it
3.  Where they are coming home from and if possible when

Please don't steal any photos from peoples sites, just talk to people  you know and see what you can dig up, I need about 50 photos to do this project.  You could also get a  pic of a servicemen in uniform and it does not have to be when they came home it could be a personal shot or a shot in their overseas environment.  Same deal then just tell me where they were when they were over seas and how long they were there, just some info to caption the photo with.

I would like some in theater action shots, I would also like some of a the warrior in the arms of a loved one.  I know ya'll can help, if you don't have a friend over there you know someone who does, reach out, you have the opportunity to be part of something awesome.  Our men and women deserve your support.  Just mail your notes and your picture to photos@chrisdaughtryfans.com 

I promise you this will be really cool so see what you can do to round up some homecoming pictures for me.

Do you want to know how to build sites and a business online the way I do it?

Over the last year I got a lot of questions from fans about how I built this site, why I built it, etc and just who I am (well that is me right there on the left).  The reality is I am a huge fan and a step father.  When I heard Chris audition and then heard him talk about his step kids I felt an immediate affinity for him.  I built this site with out fancy graphics or super design just to be my way to make Chris more real to his fans.

I also took the time to do the things that made this little site rank at the top of Google for "Chris Daughtry" and a lot of other terms and in time built a list of 25,000 fans, which probably includes you.

I and a few others are now putting together a system to teach other people from newbies to pros how to do things like this.  I will not subject the members of my Chris Daughtry site to a lot of hype or even much about this unless you have an interest.
